The PTO voted on it's budget in October. If you are requesting funds that were not included in the 2009-10 school year budget you will need to fill out one of these forms. Please return the form to the PTO mailbox. The more information that you provide may increase your changes of being approved. If you would like to present your request in person at a PTO meeting, contact the co-presidents. The PTO only meets once a month and all requests must be voted on by the general PTO body for approval so turn in requests early. |
